Preparation
These premium quality green lentils are ideal for making lentil soup or "mujaddarah". Pour the green lentils into some water and simmer to a boil, add some fried onions, a small cup of rice, and a little olive oil. Flavor with salt, pepper, and a healthy dose of other spices, and before you know it, you'll be feasting on a hearty bowl of lentil soup.
